Why Didn't I Get My Birthday Points?

Please note, you have to be signed up for the rewards program 30 days before your actual birthday. You can put in your birthday by clicking on "Ways to Earn" in the rewards popup portal. There you will see a section to "edit" your birthday. Once signed up, you will begin to receive points on your birthday!
