Why Is There A Hold On My Credit Card?

If you process a return request and request instant exchange which is where you are purchasing new items with your store credit and having them shipped before we receive your return - our return provider, Loop will place a hold (not a charge) for the amount of the items you stated you are returning. Please note, this is only a hold authorization which will fall off within 24-48 hours dependent upon your banking institute. The hold is placed so that if you were to not return the items back to us, the amount would be charged since you are keeping the items + you received new items with the amount you stated you were returning.
